These terms govern your use of MockUsers. By using the service, you agree to them.
What MockUsers does
MockUsers evaluates a URL you provide using automated systems (including AI models) to generate ICPs, simulated visitor feedback, conversion scores, and suggested copy rewrites. Outputs are probabilistic and may be incorrect or incomplete.
Your responsibilities
- You must have the right to analyze the URL/content you submit.
- Do not submit URLs containing sensitive personal data or confidential information.
- Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes.
Public reports
Some evaluations may generate a public report link intended for sharing. Public links may be accessible to anyone and may be indexed by search engines.
Billing
Paid plans are billed via our payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Plan limits and features may change over time.
No warranties
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any outcome, improvement, or revenue increase from using the service or applying suggested changes.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MockUsers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe there is abuse, fraud, or a violation of these terms.
